All of the homes in this lovely community are single story.

Pamela this is great information. I have had clients up the hill (#Placerville, #Camino #CameronPark) sell their larger ranch homes recently and this a great environment for them. It's clean and full of things to do and they are still in control of their household. Just a simpler way of life so they are free to travel and visit other family and not be tied to a large parcel that is in constant need of care. Thank you for such a detailed blog.
